“An amazing getaway! This is a quiet, peaceful spot to visit and relax in the outdoors. The trails on/ near the property are beautiful to hike along. The cabins and dome are clean and the beds are really comfortable! Each is so unique. The kayaks, paddle boat, and row boats available gave us lots to do! (If you have young kids, I suggest bringing your own life jackets). The host is easy to communicate with and responsive. It is obvious when you are there he is working to make this spot even……

“We stayed here for the weekend in the Winter.. everything as described, except I’m pretty sure both beds in the basement were Full (one is listed as Queen) and there was some water on the floor in one bedroom.. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked nice and inviting! ”

“We had a wonderful getaway at The River Pines. So cozy and serene for our family and Boston Terrier. We enjoyed being outside with the beautiful views and sounds of the river and trees as well as snuggling up indoors for games and movies. Just what we needed for our spring break!”

“Property was ok...but got hit witha pet charge of $65 that was mentioned NOWHERE when we reserved on Expedia. They did let us stay an extra hour or so as our car was being repaired..but we more than paid for that hour apparently.”
